“Tacos” – Mexico
The “Tacos” are a traditional dish of Mexican gastronomy,
with a widespread consumption all over the the world.
They are made up of a corn cake that is folded in half and
filled with different types of meats or stews, and in addition,
some spiced vegetables. Although, the tortilla bent is already
considered a “taco”.
Actually, it is easy to find tacos recipes in almost any part of the world,
since they are usually eaten as a type of fast food, in addition to
the amount of restaurants of Mexican food that exist.
Ingredients:
1 pound of beef
½ cup of olive oil
1 cup of beans
1 Tomato (diced)
1 spoon of chopped red onion
½ head of lettuce or shredded cabbage
1 cup of tomato sauce
½ pound of bacon
1 cup of hot sauce
Half pack of tortillas

Preparation:
You cook the tomato with the onion and you add the
hot sauce and the tomato sauce. Then you fry the bacon.
The tortillas are heated, the lettuce is chopped, and when the
tortillas are ready the combined ingredients are added on top
of it; beans, meat with the lettuce, dressings and bacon.
